Ivy leads WHIZDOM, Inc., a firm that provides highly-focused expertise on conducting the most important type of due diligence in the company acquisition process: Customer Due Diligence.

We work exclusively with B2B companies and serve Clients acquiring companies in the lower middle market.

As an independent, objective and unbiased firm, WHIZDOM enables its Clients to:
1) Mitigate risk; and
2) Obtain important information and key insights to enable them to accelerate growth post-acquisition.

WHIZDOM leverages its experience conducting customer interviews to benefit sellers of companies and M&A intermediaries marketing companies for sale to prospective buyers.

WHIZDOM seeks to collaborate with PE firms, investment bankers, lenders, M&A intermediaries, business brokers, Search Funds and other M&A professionals involved with the lower middle market.

Ivy founded WHIZDOM, Inc. in 2003. Prior to WHIZDOM, Ivy was a marketing executive at Apple and a financial executive at 20th-Century Fox Film Corporation. Ivy started her career as a CPA (IL, CA: inactive) with a Big 4 accounting firm.

Ivy holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business along with a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
